Who We Are

Our philosophy is to provide excellent accomodation, a home from home, to enable you to fulfill your potential and enjoy your student experience in Manchester.

We are private landlords (Mark & Lynne Kingston), with a small group of bespoke properties, offering quality value for money accomodation. When our daughter came to Manchester 5 years ago we were shocked at the standard of private rental properties available. Having acquired a small number of properties in Fallowfield and Withington we are proud to offer quality accommodation that treats our tenants to the best of service, all to hotel standard.
The day to day management is through Phil and Angela Carmont at Manchester Easy Rent who have over 20 years experience in this sector. Hands on, professional, reliable, treating tenants with respect and responding to any matters raised promptly. They seek to ensure that your time spent in our properties is enjoyable and hassle free.
